Just wondered if there is an issue as bill for March is not showing as of yet on the app . It is normally on by this time . Checked this morning and still showing feb bill . Can you clarify please

@rougvie83 Hi there! Thank you so much for alerting me to this as your Community Manager!

I have just checked with our App Team to alert them of this, and this is currently being worked on to get a fix as soon as possible.

In the mean time - I have been made aware bills are being printed and should be sent out by the end of the week.

We aim to have bills showing within in My Utilita app by next week.

Can you do me a favour and let me know as soon as you have your bill via post and can then see the bill in your app again for the month of March?

You should be able to the your bill within the app by next week and a fix is currently being worked on 🤗

Thank you again for letting me know about that - although it's not great that something went wrong - letting us know here on the Community and reporting it to myself allows me to go back into the business and get it reported back and resolved as quickly as possible.
