Hoping for the best advice. I moved into new property Feb this year. Utilita supply the electric which is a PAYG meter. When I contacted customer service, the agent informed me there was a dept of £70 on the account. This clearly wasn't myself and the agent reassured me she has frozen it. I have tried to apply for power up via the app, but I'm getting rejected because of the dept. Can anyone advice me what to do? Thanks

You will need to speak to an agent to look into this as this sounds like an incomplete Change of Tenancy.
