@Rebecca I've been opting in to each event via text message and i rarely get a reply to say how much I've earned. For example I opted into an event to reduce my usage yesterday and I've still not received a message to say how much I've earned and I know for certain that I reduced my usage significantly.

@Kerry Hi there - the events are very sporadic and weekly at a minimum. You will not get a text straight after because it takes time to calculate how much you used and therefore if you saved energy or not.

Please rest assured you should get a text to let you know within a week of the event 😊

These are all a little bit odd this time around, I’ve had 3 in a row this week, all for 5pm-6pm, which is probably the hardest time to avoid using electricity for us, but the one I did Wednesday, we were out for 45 minutes of the time period with barely anything on, left the house in darkness etc, yet I didn’t save anything?? Bizarre! Why are they all the same time?

ive now taken part in 2 of the power backs. Complete waste of time got pennies the first 1 and this time I don’t think I’ll get anything because it was literally a half hour window. Shame you can’t do what British Gas do and reward us for our loyalty by reducing our prices or giving us free power on a Sunday. What a waste of your time and ours.
