    I've applied but I just got a generic email saying they aren't doing the scheme in my area, e5.
    on the eco scheme post it says that even if I didn't qualify id get some energy efficiency advice. But this wasnt given. No advice was given. My energy home energy rating is e. For insulation and ceiling.
    my local council is upgrading private tenants home with the eco scheme. But they arent doing a scheme for social housing tenants

    @Rebecca
    I have applied as I do have the requirements to get the support from Utilita. However as I don't own my property and because the property is a one bed upstairs floor. Utilita have turned round and said NO to either options for assistance with my property.

    @DarrenR sorry to hear that! Unfortunately there are T&Cs and requirements in being eligible.

    If there is anything else I can help with please do shout! πŸ€—

    Hi @Rebecca I do understand that there are T & C about what can and can't be done. But when it shows no information about these and allow the customer to complete the forms and believe that they "could" potentially get support but have the rug ripped away at the end. I believe it might be beneficial to state that what is okay and not okay to be allowed to receive the improvements.
