For about 3 months my Utilita app keep getting getting estimated usage from my meters I’ve phoned up a few times and get fobbed off with it should reset in 24 hours it never dose so I can’t use the power up as it keeps saying we are having technical issues.
has anyone else had this problem

Can I ask how long you have had the app for?

@Rebecca I’ve had the app for over a year it’s since my gas meter malfunctioned in march it’s been changed and it’s still the same on the app
