I am having problem claiming the warm home discount .Government web side has told me 3 time that I am entitled to this and have notified you yet when I ring you I am being told they have not received anything from the government .I have sent 3 emails to you asking about this but the only response back is the standard reply to confirm my emails have been received .I have spoken to
off gem and they have given me a reference number and also told me to give you just 3 days to look into this .my first complaint was sent on the 6th of February 2023 then the 9th and the last one I sent today .Is there anything else I can do that will help me get to the bottom of what’s happening
