anyone else not able to view their electricity balance on the Utilita app? It’s only showing my gas bill not my electric balance.

@CS123 same here, but neither gas or electric, been like this over a week now. Last time this happened, my account was changed to credit account,as it looked like I was in debt which I wasn't, took ages to resolve. Hoping this don't happen again

@CS123 @Sapphire I would ensure you are both not on a credit mode on your meters - as this could be the reason as to why you can see a bill but not a balance where you are essentially not on Pay As You Go in order to show a live balance. You would need to ring up and speak to an advisor who can access your account and check this.
