There said they have made tranfer credit easy but no it won't let me do it from one meter to another keeps comeing up say oops something went wrong please try later .if you try and ring then your on the queue 296 people wating just fed up with this don't make it easy

I would also just make sure that you have the most up to date App and smartphone software updated too! 😀

If your Transfer from electric to gas or vice versa you’ll have to transfer the money into the savings account then you can transfer it to which ever one you want
