hi someone needs to contact me ASAP, I have been switched over to you're gas as I'm already getting the electricity. yesterday I had £201 pounds on my electricity and I transferred 60 pounds to the gas via a phone call with one of your agents. The agent was supposed to call me back yesterday at 2pm for a meter reading but didn't. I have been on the phone today and waiting two hours to get through and now use don't know where the £60 pounds has went. this is ridiculous and I'm gonna be left with no gas by tonight.
