@BigSman Hello there! Sorry to hear this! It can typically be any time of the month, and are not set dates/the same dates each month where PayPoint process these and get them sent to you via email from the sender 'PayPoint' if you are on the older style meter. If you are on the smart meters it gets credited straight down to the meter, but again, there is not a set date each monhth.
