My Home unit is showing I'm paying Rate 1 Electricity tariff all day ,Can't get any information on Gas tariff on Home unit or Smart meter but the rate the top up amounts go looks like I'm on Rate 1 .Also been waiting 2 weeks for a refund on payment that didn't credit meter ,I've tried phone calls ,on hold forever ,Live chat and e mails ,no response. Looks like I'm going to have to use Resolver to get a simple problem sorted
