I received an email on the 9th December stating that I am eligible for the warm home discount I contacted the company asking when this will be credited to my metre and they said it will be the 12th December I still have not received this contacted again and now stating that it will be the 17th December still not received the credit rang them up today 19th December and on the phone for 62 minutes finally got through and they cut me off terrible service false information why is this happening it had already been credited this time last year
