What's the best way to get in contact with this god d**m company?
3 weeks I've been trying to call to be cut off after an hour of waiting on hold!
Tried their live chat to be number 400+ or 219 seems to be their favourite, wait for hours to get to the 20s and it cuts me off.
I Tried their live chat yesterday again at 7.20pm to be given the message I'm out of their business hours....business hours run 8am till 8pm Monday to Friday as far as their chat bot goes and 7.20pm is between those times.
I am getting angrier and angrier each time I try to contact this money robbing company and yet I'm no further forward!
anyone any advice would be super helpful...or if someone from utilita can contact me even better!!
