I keep trying to transfer credit from my electricity meter and every time (apart from one) I get the 'sorry we can't access your data' screen with the person holding an umbrella. I need to be able to transfer some credit to get me through this cold spell and I can't do another power up

I have the same problem as Rosy, it's been like this forever and I've tried everything from clearing the cache to uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it never works. @Rebecca
Can you please contact me via private message and transfer credit from one meter to another?

@Rebecca ive done all that still no joy next payment comeing from the government so need it to be split between the too meters I live on my own and on universal credit not good carnt understand why they can split it when it comes in its madness
