@Maverick I would suggest double checking your customer ref number - as the one you are seeing on the letter could be a different number for something else, like a letter reference number.

@Rebecca I too have tried to transfer credit , however at the " summary " stage you do not get an option to " confirm " ( as shown in the video ) thereby the transaction can not be completed , the app only allows you to go to that point , yes it's the latest version of My Utilita that's in use .

Thank you Rebecca. I can confirm that my customer reference number matches the one generated by the website. However, i am not sure if the other details you hold for me are correct, because I tried to register again but I still get the error message. Is there a way to confirm this please?

@Maverick Hi there - I would suggest using our live chat on the website so they can access your account and check what email address you registered with 😊 As this email will need to match that on the app.

@vespec Hi there! Have you got an text settings enlarged - this can affect the usability and buttons within the app working on the touchscreen.

I have altered the font size on my phone and it now comes up with the transfer button, unfortunately it will not allow me to transfer any amount above £5... i have £100 on my electric account....wanted to transfer £30 from electric to gas...

@Rebecca I also have been trying to transfer credit, I have £22 on the meter and when I put in £10 I get an error message saying that the maximum I can transfer is £17 and when I FINALLY do get it accept the £10 I get to the summary part and the page will NOT scroll so that I can accept it.
What's the point of having a feature that doesn't work.COME ON ALREADY.

@KMason2448 Sorry to hear this. This is a new feature - that although has had extensive testing - with new features there can always be technical hitches and bugs where technology and back end code mechanics in place.

We always want to hear this feedback so our App Team can use it to resolve and improve.

Can you DM me your customer ref number so I can get this fed back and raised as an App ticket please.
