    After a year of trying to get my IHD fixed i am still being given the run around. Finally get engineer booked to swap meters for 'compatible' ones only for them to cancel it.

    3 hours on call being given scripted answers only to be told there is no fault. I clearly see there is.

    Now complaints dept. Want to book engineet for a month later than original cancelled booking. This is unacceptable and you need to sort this out

    @stevet687 Hi there, sorry to hear you have had a frustrating experience.

    If this is raised with complaints, they will already be doing their upmost to get this issue sorted for you. Have they given you a time frame they will be in touch by?
