    I still haven't received the warm home discount and I'm a priority service customer. I rang the gov helpline and they state they sent my details over to you at the end of January 2026. When can I expect to be paid please? I'm a pay as you go customer and live in England.

    Thanks for posting on the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues around the Warm Home Discount. All eligible customer should have received the Warm Home Discount by now, however if the DWP sent this information to us later then it could cause some small delays. I have sent you a direct message for more information in order for me to look into this further for you.
