Thanks for your message. The Warm Home discount has been paid out to customer who are on prepayment with us already - but if you pay monthly by Direct Debit or On Receipt of Bill, then it'll show up on your next bill. I'll send you a quick DM to request some more information and I'll take a look at your account and see what's going on for you though!
