So the whd is a debacle so far . I’ve had the £30 debt on the electric meter wiped but not received the remaining balance of the whd . What’s adding to the stress is the conflicting information we are all getting when contacting Utilita . We’ve been told 1) it’s an issue caused by the technicality of issuing so many payments 2) there’s an App fault 3) it’s a delay and you will get the remaining balance today or tomorrow 4) ( and possibly the worst) anyone with any amount of debt gets this cleared and the rest just goes somewhere else , not sure where. These are the different responses from staff on the phone or chat function . Can we please be given an actual concrete explanation , surely this would help the staff having to respond to these questions as well ?

well said its a total mess. Im same had debt wiped but not had the remaining amount and also transferring is not working either meaning basically thousands of pounds worth of credit floating about somewhere its a joke it really is. Im literally a pound of gas from going off supply because transfer has not gone through nor whd gone on. All you get is quarter of a million people all trying to transfer at same time clogs system uh hello get a better policy for doing the distribution then it's not rocket science really. Hopefully its sorted soon before we all become human snow people lol. -
Yeah 100% agree with them. All other company's paid there's warm home discount back in nov. Just think of all them people not receiving it when they really need it. Utilita is a shocking company. One of the worst out there. If you go back on there past records ect. Ie ripping customers off and not paying out the whd to people in need on time to vulnerablehouseholds. They are also extremely expensive provider. People should boycott Utilita for how they treat there customers. Alot of people are leaving them to switch to a different provider
