Hello,
Is a monthly bill date the same date every month, I’ve recently changed over from prepayment to monthly billing & my first bill was 1st November 2025-30th November 2025, will I receive each month the same dates please??

Thanks for your post!

That's correct, you'll be billed on the same date each month - there may be a difference of a day or two at times because we don't bill on a weekend or a Bank Holiday if your billing date falls on that date, but when your bill is generated, it will be for the whole month previous.
