Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice,
    Okay, so here goes:
On the 3rd of December I tried to put £35 on my gas meter, the first attempt failed (connection error or something like that) and basically said not to worry as no money had been taken out of my account.
Fair enough I thought, I'll just try again. Second time it was successful and I thought nothing of it.
The following day I checked my account and noticed that TWO payments had been made to Utilita for £35.

Fine, they said the first one had failed so it'll probably be returned in a few days right? RIGHT?????
Nope, here we are almost a month later and the money still hasn't been returned. I've checked both payments and they each say paid and NOT pending. So that means that Utilita has the money in THEIR account.

So my question is. Will the money actually be returned to me or do I have to make a none payment of goods report (or something like that) to my bank and force a return that way?

Obviously I don't want to do it that way, I'd much rather settle the issue amicably and I'm really hoping that Utilita feel the same way.
