Anyway i recently received notification that i need my meter replacing I assume its the gas and that i need to contact them to arrange this.
Well ive tried calling and i am forever stuck in a queue with an annoying voice telling me i can use online chat - which i have tried but unless you select one of the 6 topics it doesnt understand "meter install" or "new meter".
I am a very busy person and I find this whole situation of being unable to speak to anyone is ridiculous especially when the the automatic voice keeps telling you the link to find help but you cannot speak to anyone.
I am forced to look for another supplier because I am absolutely fed up of this. Yet again ive wasted another hour of my time,
