Everytime I try and power up it says meter not eligible even though I don't owe any debt and I used to be able to apply no problem can someone help please

Thank you for getting in touch. The “meter not eligible” message can appear for a few reasons, even if there’s no outstanding balance. Common causes include:
- Account or Meter Details: There may have been a recent update to your tariff or meter registration.
- System Updates: Occasionally, system changes can temporarily affect eligibility.

Hi, I am having the same problem with accessing my POWER UP and it's been the same way for many months now message saying POWER UP IN PROGRESS AND NOT ELIGIBLE and as a registered vulnerable customer who is dependent on my electricity supply in order to stay alive i must admit it's been a constant worry for me and it actually has and still is effecting my mental health. I owe utilita no money yet really feel like I have done something wrong and being made to pay?
