I would not recommend Utilta if you’re thinking of switching I wouldn’t! I got sent out a smart display plugged it and nothing spent 3 hours on live chat for them to say we can’t do anything I made a complaint as this is not the first time contacting them for this issue and got told an advisor would ring me back and never did so now I am stuck without accurate balances as the my Utilta app is shocking

However depending on the type of meters you have this may not be possible
