    Hi my ihd secure make unit has stopped working on the touchscreen also the light doesn't work anymore recently had my smets 1 meters updated it was working fine before Saturday could someone investigate and possibly have a new unit sent out to me can just about see how much I have left on the unit but nothing else cant even remove messages or activate emergency if I need to

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    I'd absolutely recommend getting in touch with our Customer Services team to troubleshoot the issues you're having with your In Home Display. As far as I'm aware, we no longer replace In Home Displays for the older generation smart meters - the technology has moved on considerably since your one was made. However, if they are unable to get your In Home Display working again, it may be the case that they would be able to look at getting newer, second generation, smart meters installed in your home.

    Customer services can be contacted on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
