    I had an online chat with a customer service operator yesterday concerning my smart meters not sending over the air readings, after around 45 mins, I was given a provisional date for an engineer to come out to my address to access the problem, but before the actual date could be confirmed my computer session ended and my connection to the adviser was disconnected, I would like to know how to get confirmation.
