    Hello,
We are experiencing issues with having no off peak power. We have checked the storage heaters and water immersion heater and still have no power. This has been ongoing since 16th June and we are still having no luck.
We are being told our meter is fine and to call and electrician, which we have done, but they are saying their job is done and it's a supplier issue.
Someone needs to help us and if possible attempt to reset our meter so we can start from the beginning because it's just not getting anywhere.
Also my husband called yesterday and was told he would get a call back within and hour but didn't. And he didn't fancy the hour wait on hold again to just be cut off again.

Can someone please get back to us on a potential solution. Thanks.

    Hi @HanJ1,

Usually we would advise to have an electrician look at the supply first if the meter looks to be functioning on our side, and if some supply is on (such as during daytime hours in this case). This is because the likely is higher that it could be something wrong with the electric system rather than the meter in these scenarios.

However, if you have had an electrician out at the property, and they have said that the issue is with the meter, then we would look at raising a tech issue for yourself to send a meter engineer out. If you send me a direct message with your account details, I will be happy to look into this for you.

    Thanks,
    William
