How do I get a in home display. I thought I was getting one when my meter was being updated after I switched to utilita but the guy came round said everything was fine and left, what can I do?

I'm sorry to hear the engineer did not provide you with an IHD if you pop me a DM in my signature below with your account details I will be able to order one for you, However IHDs will only be compatible with customers on SMART meters I will be able to confirm your meter type when you DM me.
