Hi
I trying to sign into the app or my account but can't due to verify code is needed but I get the code but the expires time keeps showing 0:00. Before and after I get the code.when I get a new code sent it temporarily paused.
Please help

Yes I have all of that and it still not working

@Elsie22 I would strongly suggest calling up the contact centre and they will be able to investigate the back end of your account and understand what may be causing this with your app. It could be a back end system issue with your account they can get investigated & fixed 😊
