    Hi

    I have connected my in home display to the Internet the app is still saying its not connected and still receiving estimated balances as opposed to upto date as it says you will if connected to wifi. Also I am a duel fuel customer but if I go into my tariff on the app it only shows the electric. Thanks

    @Estima65 Hey there and welcome to the Community 🤗

    As the Community is primarily for general enquiries and not account-specific, it would be hard to know or advise why this is happening.

    Have you tried calling the Contact Centre - they will have access to the back end of your account and be able to see why may be causing this.

    @Estima65 In your My Utilita app, if you go to the "Your Usage" tab, does one (or both?) of the "fuels" say it cannot connect to your meter?

    For me, it is OK for electricity, but for gas it says it cannot connect to the meter.
