Anyone else having problems with app top ups?, Everytime I click 'another amount',I can put in eg, 8.. for 8 pound ,but not 8.00 each time I click the point it shuts down my app.i tried it with just the 8,and it was unsuccessful so now awaiting refund,I've uninstalled and reinstalled,but exactly the same. I'm aware they are doing maintenance later, I hope this fixes it.. anyone having same prob .

Can I just check before I pass this to my App Team - have you got your latest smartphone software uploaded and running? ie. latest version of iOS for apple users, and for Android - Android 14 (Upside Down Cake).

Yes,I have. It sorted itself out after the maintenance was done no idea why it happened, must have been some sort if glitch .. its OK now
