    Hi does anyone know whatnis involved into switching from pre payment meters to credit meters, has anyone done this?

    @Claire79 Hi there 👋

    To go on credit mode - you would simply be put into a different meter mode - and not need new meters installed 😊

    I hope this makes sense?

    There would just be a couple of checks and questions to go through with an advisor via our Meter Mode Switch Team. This means that you would have a bill every month/quarter, however you would still be able to see what you have used in the My Utilita App and via your In-Home Display.
