Rebecca seems to went awol. Can anyone tell me why utility is holding back my refund? I left on 22nd December

I have not gone anywhere no, I responded to your private mails and I assigned your refund case to our Customer Experience Team last week on your behalf when you first messaged me (on the 28th December), and the refund has been raised for you, and it's still going through where it was raised on the 28th, and the business has been closed over the long New Year's weekend.
I have popped you an update via private mail now regarding your refund concerns.
