    I received an email a couple of weeks ago stating my tariff was changing on the 1st January, I have just looked at my tariff and the new prices have started already I don't know when this was changed but it should not change until that date! Can somebody get back to me when you are open to clarify when my tariff changed and why it changed earlier please.
