    My In-Home Display Unit is faulty and does not work at all! I have reported it several times over the last 11 months and no-one gets back to me?

    Sorry to hear that you haven't managed to get this resolved.

    Can I ask firstly for more info around what exactly on it is not working/what it is saying on the screen?

    Furthermore, just for an in depth understanding of your experience so far (so I can make sure this is fed back) - how have you been reporting this. For instance, via the telephone, email, live chat etc?
