    Something is so wrong with this smart meter, app connection. Balances different, connects one minute off next. Had power go out 3 times even though topped up. Totally wrong when I have a 7week old baby here. Registered as vulnerable on a call but what do they care!!!! And now I’m expected to wait until June 8th for an agent to come look at it. Until then gotta do things manually. Fuming!
