    Getting error message something to the effect of "the device you're using to top up is not allowed to access this site". I've been using this device for over 12 months with no problem at all and now all of a sudden its the device that is causing a problem!! On 13/14 March I tried to top up and got a similar message so I tried again, day after I looked on app and low and behold both payments went through!!

    Any chance that Utilita can get this sorted?
    I've got 1 device so no other alternative and can't use card at some random shop as I'm not able to leave the house.

    Any help would be appreciated- I did email Utilita on the day I got charged twice but still not had a response. Cheers

    Hi, no that didn't work, won't work regardless of which card I use. Not really helpful as I've less than 1 day on my electricity and it took +12 hours for a response. What else do you suggest
