    Thanks for the reply. I looked for the email from Paypoint in my in box , spam folder and deleted folder I could not find the voucher, so I still have not received it. It was November month's voucher. Any idea what would be the expiry date? If I fail to claim it would I be able to reclaim it?

    I have messaged Utilita customer services and waiting reply.

    Yes - we would backdate that if it shows as 'unredeemed'.

    Once you get a response to your message an advisor will re-raise it for you to be sent from PayPoint 😊
