My elec supply was turned off at 12 today. I have topped up £30 in 2 days so I’m in credit but I can’t get to the main meter to restore the supply.

I spoke to someone earlier at 2.30 and he said it will come on automatically after 30 mins. I’m still in the dark and freezing cold

@Philo69 Sorry to hear that - that is not ideal that you cannot reach/access your main meter, do you mind letting me know where it is located in your property?

The usual resolution to restore your supply would be found here, however it would involve needing to access that main meter.
