    I have £124 debt on the gas and £54 debt on the electric I’m topping up £100 per week I cannot top up anymore I’m on benefits and have children to feed I am cutting down on my use of energy and use of gas such as hardly putting the heating on I’m struggling to get help

    Have you tried calling up the Utilita Contact Centre and speaking to am advisor on how they can help - they would refer you to our Extra Care Team on advise and help in your situation.
