Hello,

Was wondering how paying my bill will work if my account balance credit is higher than the bill I have to pay? Do I need to pay the bill or can I simply just do nothing and get the credit to pay for the bill?

They will still take the direct debit amount.
but I believe you can ask for a refund of the money you are in credit for.

@Scatty1970 Thanks for jumping in here and answering Lemontofu - that is correct! Please also remember to be giving regular monthly meter reads if you do not have a smart meter already giving the automatic readings. This way you will ensure we have the most accurate readings and therefore are billing you correctly.
