Interesting, I received it yesterday but I would think it’s for November as it is NOVEMBER, what about October???

I am sorry you have not received the October payment. Please contact customer services for them to sort this for you. They can be contacted on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
