I have a new Master Card and I want to replace my selected visa card with it . So I went to cards on the app but it does'nt say add new card.
What do I do please .

The card can be changed when you next want to make a payment. You can opt to use a new card and save them as default.

When you save the card as default the card will show as a payment option when you go to do a top up or make a payment.

I understand what I need to do but when I go to " Cards " there is no facility to let me put in the details of my new card. It says update but nothing happens. Originally there was a plus sign with " add new card " but that's not there anymore.

Hi Cat Realised what I did wrong. I should have deleted my old card. All ok now. Thank you for your help .
