    i am new to Forum. I have an iissue with home in display.2ic i asked for a replacements.do i need a person to come in the flat TO ACTIVATE IT AS SAYING NO NETWORK and a big exclamation mark. i thought by providing my customer number it wld have been prrecalibrated?
    do i need a person from utilita to activate it?I am a reasonably intelligent, sopeaking 5 languages, but not good witbh technology..

    @monika I had a look it says if u put it nearer your electric box then press down the ok button it should say paired to smartmetre hope it's helpful

    @monika Hello! This one is a bit tricky as it will depend on what main smart meter you have.
