Hi is the 400 pound energy scheme just for electric or both

@janerudd75 It was credited to my electric but you can ask them to swap it to your gas instead. That's what I did today via Live Chat on their website ( ask to speak to a Live Advisor not Chat Bot).

The Energy scheme will be 6 monthly rebates of £66/£67 each being applied directly to your account in the first week of each month commencing October. This will apply to your account if you have a dual fuel supply or a single fuel supply and the amount of £66/67 will be credited to your account at these times. It's important to note that if you have debt and no payment arrangements set up with Utilita the credit will go directly towards that debt.

Not had my EBSS Payment yet and it is 29th November they will not issue it out they said its under review but when I asked what that means she couldn't explain I thought everyone was entitled to it I recieved 1st payment in October but not got November and they won't send it to me
