    Hello, I would just like to say I received my first payment on my electricity meter today although my daughter is waiting for hers. So hang on everyone, its on its way. Albeit to say I topped up my gas a couple of hours ago,had to do it manually but no figures are showing on the app. The message is ' not receiving data from the meter ' ?

    Hi @DeniseLynn,

    We are aware of an issue yesterday evening affecting on demand reads and payments hitting meters which could have a knock on affect to balances on devices. Please uninstall and re-install the app and this will correct any recent updates. The issue has now been stabilised but may still affect an isolated few.
