Been trying now for 4 days, no one will give me and answer. Apparently it was a technical fault with the site but no one knows when payment will be returned, biggest joke ever. Really can't wait to leave. Gas meter not worked properly since moving new house to utilita last September but Apparently no fault.
Quick enough to take money,I've been trying get through to them for 55 minutes now.Joke of company not be far behind you in leaving had enough of them as well
