Hi I'm Val and I have been with Utilita for 15 months since I retired from running a home for homeless men. I have found them very helpful and it's great to pay as you go.
I enjoy going away to see family and it's a delight to turn everything off and pay no standing charges! I have only had one problem, with savings, where it won't allow me to pay for electricity. I can pay for gas but then I have to phone and ask for it to be transferred to electricity.
There is a thread of correspondence going since Feb plus calls, so it would be great to have it answered, but no worries I just don't use that anymore. π Are you taking new customers yet?

Hi, Iβm Simon and have been with Utilita for a long time now,maybe 3/4years and have never had an issue that hasnβt been resolved in good time but this last one seems to be swaying my confidence in them,I havenβt been able to see my balance or top up via the app,and itβs been over a week now,I spent over an hour via live chat waiting to speak to someone about only to be told they were aware and should be resolved soon,that was 2 days ago now and just wondered if anyone else is having the same issue??

@Rebecca i must be a sad get browsing utilita in the early hours ..with an amputation recently i will blame the meds ..so Bots must want to save energy so i will release my tip right now and for the money saved you can thank me later or iam always up for a massarge ..here goes its simple ..TURN THE BOILER OFF ON THE WALL ...NOT THE BOILER BUTTONS ..THE MAINS POWER THAT POWERS THE BOILER...DO A TEST RUN WITH IT ON LIKE YOUVE ALWAYS USED AND CHECK THE SAVINGS YOU GET 4 ONE WEEK AFTER YOU SWITCH IT OFF ( THIS SHOULD SHOW SAVINGS AND IN A YEAR ITS AROUND 70 POUNDS..oooohhhhhhh ..massarge a plenty i feel with the force coming my way

Oh love those hobbies! I love travelling whether it be in the UK or outside of it. Love nature, so as many walks as I can get out on seeing nature makes me happy! I like cooking new recipes and I do like a bit of a Netflix session, I would be lying if I said I didn't! Also enjoy some DIY and painting. I love sprucing my home up π

Hey there. Yeah that time o year though.
I like trying new recipes if they are nice some look nice in pics but don't taste so nice an then it just a waste of time an moneyπ. Tried a biscoff cheese cake last week was nice but bit sweet. Don't think I would make again.
Love going for walks to. Don't have many people to join me though my husband not a fan., π.
Watched the Geoff dalmeer serious. What a horrible person. Wonder how people become like he did. Watched bullet train movie at weekend. Not sure I was a fan x -

Utilita are a great company for Electric and Gas
But are diabolical for the Wallet saving's
I have been trying to claim mine back for 15Days now
On the phone some days just on an hour
I am on the phone to them again now
