yes...My utility..I have the invoice with a reference number..but when I write it in the registration it says it's not good...

yes..in My utility I can't make an account...when I enter the reference number from the invoice..it says it's incorrect..what can I do?

@Burcica I would ensure you are looking at the correct customer ref number.
