Hi I'm Val and I have been with Utilita for 15 months since I retired from running a home for homeless men. I have found them very helpful and it's great to pay as you go.
I enjoy going away to see family and it's a delight to turn everything off and pay no standing charges! I have only had one problem, with savings, where it won't allow me to pay for electricity. I can pay for gas but then I have to phone and ask for it to be transferred to electricity.
There is a thread of correspondence going since Feb plus calls, so it would be great to have it answered, but no worries I just don't use that anymore. 😊 Are you taking new customers yet?
